The selling prices and optional costs of these condominiums reflect cost as of the declaration date, and, due to the inevitable monetary increases within the housing market, are subject to change.

Although the industry appears to becoming relatively stable, it is extremely difficult to establish a selling cost which will be effective ten to twelve months from now, and be fair to the buyer. The builder would be inclined to elevate the costs in order to protect himself in the inflationary market.

These figures costs, as listed in the introduction will be adjusted every 60 days from the date of this declaration, reflecting increases and/or reductions in the building costs. However, the selling costs indicated on the purchase and sales agreement will be honored, assuming construction of the condominium commences within 60 days from that date.
