David Wheeler and Charlotte Larrow, residents of Brooklyn, CT, began Brooklyn Builders, LLC in 1997.

David graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology on the President's list in 1974 and Charlotte attended Q.U.C.T.C. studying Business Management.

David began C.D.A. Construction Svs., Inc. in 1986, constructing many commercial buildings in the area and numerous renovation projects at the Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam, CT. In 1994, they developed Knollbrook Village Partnership, building a 24-unit Senior Center in Canterbury, CT., known as Knoll Brook Village.

Since then, they have built over 40 homes in the area, and purchased Mountain View Landing in July of 2004, a 55 and older already approved subdivision in Killingly, CT. There will be 11 buildings with two units on each building for single story living. Brooklyn Builders also owns many building lots with construction of more single-family homes to commence this spring.

Mountain View Landing is being developed by one of the area's premier home construction teams of general contractor subcontractor's and suppliers. All buyers will be assured of a quality built home with a quiet and scenic surrounding for years of leisurely living.
